At JUBIFER, we are thrilled to offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. An order is considered dispatched once it is handed over to our shipping carrier and begins transit to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times depend on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched. Below are estimated shipping times based on your country of residence:

United States: 5-10 business days

Canada: 7-14 business days

United Kingdom: 7-14 business days

Australia: 10-14 business days

Rest of the world: 15-30 business days

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. For international orders, customs clearance may also increase delivery times.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Errors or incomplete information may delay processing or result in order cancellation. If our system detects address issues, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to verify the details. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, please email us at jubiferinfo@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.

Delayed Delivery

We understand the importance of timely deliveries and work hard to ensure your order arrives promptly. However, some factors outside our control, such as courier delays, customs issues, or weather conditions, may affect delivery timelines.

If your order is delayed, we will notify you and work with the courier to resolve the issue. Please note that JUBIFER cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by external factors.

Lost or Stolen Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure successful delivery, JUBIFER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are handed over to the courier.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Contact us at jubiferinfo@gmail.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  2. File a claim with the courier company, as they may require additional information from you to process the claim.

We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated. While these situations fall outside our refund policy, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.

If the package is not located, we recommend filing a police report for further action.
