If your order is successfully cancelled within 24 hours, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take care to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Packaging damage during shipping (e.g., dented boxes) does not qualify as product damage if the item inside is in good condition.

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing jubiferinfo@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will replace the item at no additional cost. Note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control. For issues related to delivery, please contact the courier directly. JUBIFER is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the courier’s possession.
